Based on Directive 2009/316/EC; the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (GDP and DRG Regulations); Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and other applicable regulations, SINGULAR TRADEMARK, S.L.U. (hereinafter, ‘SINGULAR TM’), as service provider, informs the User of the use of cookies on its website. To this end, SINGULAR TM offers this Cookie Usage Policy referring to the website operated under the domain www.singulartm.com (hereinafter, ‘the Website’).

1. WHAT COOKIES ARE AND HOW THEY WORK

Cookies are small informational text files that web pages can use to make the user’s experience and navigation more efficient. These cookies are installed on the computer of the person accessing the Website from any communication protocol (hereinafter, ‘the User’).
